Do I need a Visa to the Ukraine?
Yes , you need a visa. Citizens of most countries are required to get a visa. Visas to Ukraine are not required from the citizens of the following countries :
Poland, Hungary, Romania, Mongolia, Former USSR countries, except for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, USA, Canada, countries of EU, UK, Switzerland and Japan.

What is a Visa Support Letter, Why do I need it?
Please note that there are four kinds of visas to Ukraine : transit , private , tourist and business. In order to apply for a tourist visa, you need to have a set of documentation including a Visa Support Letter from a third party (a travel agent). This letter, prepared for you in the Ukraine, is a third party confirmation that you are indeed going to the Ukraine. In the past, hotel confirmation number was enough but not anymore. Ukrainian Consulates all over the world accept fax copies of these documents. Tourist visa can be extended on the territory of Ukraine in a local OVIR office (processing term is 3-5 working days).

How Do I get Visa Support Letter from you?
We provide Visa Support Letter ONLY when you make a hotel reservation through our system and ONLY for the period you have booked a hotel with us. To receive one, simply make a hotel reservation and click on "Add a Visa Support Letter" link in your shopping cart. Please give a valid fax number , where the document above will be sent by our local partner.

How much a Visa Support Letter costs?
The cost is 33 USD non-refundable fee.

Once I have the Visa Support Letter, what do I do next?
You now need to apply for the visa. To do so, you visit your local Ukrainian Consulate with the following documentation:
a) An invitation/visa support letter from a registered Ukrainian tourist company. (this is what we can provide you with)
b) Tourist Voucher - you obtain this from us via e-mail when you make your hotel booking.
c) Passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months after date of arrival in the Ukraine)
d) minimum 1 passport photo of 35 X 45 mm size(some Consulates require up to 3)
e) Completed visa application form
f) The fee
g) Copy of travel insurance policy (not always required)
h) Copy of your flight tickets (not always required)

At some consulates, a photocopy of your passport is enough - in other consulates they will need to obtain your passport itself in order to issue the visa. Please call your local consulate to get the details.

What are the terms of visa processing in the Consulates of Ukraine?
Standard term for visa processing is 10 working days. Term may depend on the Consulate and visa type. If necessary, visa-processing term may be shortened to 2-3 days, quick visa processing usually costs 2 times more.Transit visas are produced within 1-2 working days.
